ELLIOT MATTHEWS B.Sc (ExSc), M.HPS, ASCA

HEAD PERFORMANCE COACH

Elliot has always been involved in exercise and a range of sports from a young age both as an athlete and a coach. He's worked with elite athletes, complete beginners, and everyone in between, and has developed a hands-on approach and a flexibility to work with a variety of backgrounds and abilities.

He is currently the High Performance Manager for the Coburg Football Club in the VFL (AFL Tier 2), after spending 2 years as a strength and conditioning coach at Coburg FC, and an additional year at Port Melbourne FC. In addition to Australian footballers, Elliot has worked with a range of athletes, including hockey players, basketballers, marathon runners, and powerlifters.

Elliot's coaching philosophy is focused on fundamental movements and mechanics combined with progressive and scientifically supported interventions.

Elliot loves working in a team environment, making a difference, and empowering others in their journeys. He really values the personal relationships he can develop, and the importance of a healthy work-life balance.
