My mission is to provide high-quality personal training in an engaging and enjoyable way - ie. pairing up hard work and getting results with having a good time.

I cater for all training backgrounds and abilities, and make sure you're getting the best individualised program by using state-of-the-art equipment and methods.

what's the training?

I individualise your training program according to your needs and goals, and focus on establishing foundational strength, mobility and technique to lessen the risk of (re-)injury and advance your strength and fitness. 

Programs and movements are specific to you, scientifically justified, and are implemented to achieve results and your goals, all within a safe, enjoyable and comfortable environment.
